Description:
It is not easy to deal with the loss of a loved one. Often, unknowingly, we try to suppress our grief and go about our daily lives rather than dealing with it. This bereavement support group is for any adult in the community who has experienced a loss. The caring support allows participants to work through grief with the aid of group members and professional grief educators and facilitators. Registration is required; participants are expected to attend all eight sessions.
